2. Returns Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.  However, please contact  clpadmin@checkerdist.com for any issues with your order as we want you to be satisfied.

3. Registration

You may access areas of the Site that require registration by becoming a registered member. You agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords or other account identifiers which you choose and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Termination of registration/access

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. If you wish to terminate your access, simply email clpadmin@checkerdist.com   If you no longer accept these terms and conditions, or any future modification to these terms and conditions, you must cease using the CLP site.  Continued use of the CLP site indicates your continued acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The owner can not be held responsible for any errors in the content presented, or for the information provided being accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and State of Ohio and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Ohio, Lucas County for any dispute resolution.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cut Loose Press™ and Checker Distributors, and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out a breach by you or any user of your account of these terms and conditions or privacy policy or arising out of a breach of your obligations, representation and warranties under these terms and conditions.

9. No waiver

Our failure to insist upon or enforce any provision of these terms of service shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right of Checker/CLP.
